Lorillard Lofts are one part of a large redevelopment project of the former Lorillard tobacco processing plant, that consists of 216,000 sf on 10 acres near downtown Lexington, KY. It is another project of The McGoodwin Company, which specializes in adaptive reuse of historic properties. The first phase of the project consists of 42 loft condominiums, ranging from 945 - 2,786 sf. The condominiums include the typical loft features, such as tall ceilings (15.5′ on the first floor and 17.5′ on the second floor), exposed brick, polished concrete flooring, exposed ceilings/ductwork, oversized windows, and loft sleeping areas (if desired).
