Lexington, KY has recently had a boom in renovation and conversion of historic properties into lofts and condos. I’m a big fan of urban revitalization and believe that condos and lofts add a needed urban dimension to the Lexington, KY area. I will be cataloging all of the Loft and Condo developments in the Lexington area and also other projects and events that add to the urban fabric of the city and surrounding area.

The Lexington Herald-Leader recently wrote an article about the transformation of the central city area due to the many loft projects that are currently completed, underway or planned.
